- Consider the history of the Ute in this region from 14,000 years ago to the present day
- Discover the Gifts of the Mother on a resource walk
- Bead a glass bracelet to commemorate the Ute culture and your experience
- Join in a Friendship Dance to the beat of a buffalo hide drum!
The Ute Indians took advantage of the rich Cheyenne Canon environment at the foot of Pikes Peak for thousands of years! This strong nation of people continue to thrive in their original homeland here in Colorado Springs and beyond!
